Mr. Nand Lal is the founder and managing director of Yuva – Skill Education and Health Training Council (Run by Nootan Prabhat Foundation). Mr Nand Lal is having excellent experience of 12years in the social sector. He has worked with many social organizations in the fields of youth development, child education, woman empowerment skill development etc. He worked in Delhi Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh Bihar, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and many other states where he saw only one common problem i.e. unemployment. He also observed that some people have no skill or talent to get a job in any field. He then realized that if people would have any skill or talent in their hands, they could find solutions for their livelihood and they could also get employment. This is the main reason why Mr. Nand Lal constructed the YSEHTC (Run by Nootan Prabhat Foundation) so that by providing skill development training, unemployed people can get employment.
Early intervention for children with special needs in an integrated manner, with proper guidance and education for the public, enables them to be empowered to take care of themselves.
YSEHTC (Run by Nootan Prabhat Foundation) aims to provide, assist and create helplines/help desk for secondary and other complicated cases of health problems , job problems and education through networking with various related agencies in the local areas and supporting it with whatever is necessary for providing medical aid and guidance.
His foundation wants to create awareness about a clean environment and immunization of all children against the most dangerous communicable diseases and impart knowledge about health, affordable food, proper diet, clean drinking water and improvisation, He also wants to run AIDS awareness programs in education centres along with special camps and education centers to target adolescent boys and girls in urban and rural areas.
This YSEHTC (Run by Nootan Prabhat Foundation aims to enable a large number of Indian youth to take industry related skill training which will help them achieve better livelihoods. Our head office and registered office is at D-738, Near CD Park, Jahangirpuri, New Delhi – 110033, where interested people can contact us or can take admission in any of their areas. This is a great opportunity for all groups across India who want to develop their skill to archive solution for their livelihoods. The NPF aims to promote skill development by catalyzing the creation of large, quality and not- for-profit business institution. Also, the organization provides funding to build scalable and profitable vocational training initiatives. Its mandate is also to enable support systems that focus on quality assurance, information system and train trainer academies.
NPF acts as a catalyst in skill development by providing funding to enterprises, companies and organization providing skills training. The foundation is trying to tackle these issues through its programs. The organization believes in empowering people to became self-sustainable in the long run. Their effort focuses on fighting the underlying causes of poverty and paving the way for communities to lead a good standard of living. The NPF identifies interested youth from low-income neighbourhoods for the first time. They then conduct a scholarship exam to determine their knowledge and abilities. After evaluating the results, some are selected and their higher education is sponsored through funds received from donors. His second intiative is the Train to Higher’ program, as part of which the YSEHTC (Run by Nootan Prabhat Foundation), its team of volunteers as well as trainer help youngsters crack interviews and build their careers, The Foundation’s skill development program helps people lead sustainable lives.
